In this role, you will install, service, repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in mostly commercial establishment. You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities: Install, service, repair and maintain light commercial HVAC systems (RTUs & Splits systems) Communicate with customers with detail about repairs and recommendations Perform quarterly maintenance and repairs to commercial establishments Trouble shoot and diagnose commercial HVAC equipment Perform refrigerant leak repairs, replace compressors, replace motors and misc parts Qualifications: 3-4 years minimum HVAC field experience (tech school a plus) Clean and clear valid Drivers License EPA Certification Experience with operation and maintenance of rooftop units & split systems (3-ton thru 25-tons), exhaust fans, VAVs and controls Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 50 pounds
