We’re partnering with a fantastic district in Middlesex County, MA, to hire dedicated Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and is fully in-person. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various grade levels (K-12), providing vital support to students as they develop their communication skills. You'll join a collaborative, student-centered team that values each specialist’s input and expertise. Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available) Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours; specific days/hours are flexible Start Date: October 2025 End Date: May 2026 Deliver speech and language therapy services to students of all ages, helping them build communication skills that support both academic success and social-emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive the strategies and supports they need to thrive. Conduct evaluations and monitor progress to guide instruction, celebrating student growth and adjusting interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute expertise during IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional learning opportunities. Share resources and strategies with school staff and families, fostering a supportive community that empowers every child’s voice. Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in IEPs. Complete assessments and re-evaluations in compliance with state timelines. Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration sessions. Document services and progress accurately and promptly. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered. License through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Massachusetts. Previous school-based or pediatric experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
