This specialty center position supports services under St. Joseph's Children Hospital and involves a heavy caseload focused on developmental delay and autism. Overview

Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist role with a focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in the BayCare network. Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment programs for infants through school-aged children based on occupational therapy principles. Manage a heavy developmental delay and autism caseload. Provide clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students, and volunteers as assigned. Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and discharge planning. Qualifications

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. OT (Occupational Therapy) licensure or eligibility to obtain. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. 3+ years of Pediatric Outpatient experience preferred. Bilingual a plus. licensed supervising OT can supervise one permittee at a time. Benefits
