We are seeking PTs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states: Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

You will be part of TheraTrooper, Inc., an Ensign affiliated company and part of a group of independently operated skilled nursing facilities with long term care, post‑acute rehab, and outpatient therapy.
Duties
Effectively screen/evaluate patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and opportunity for outpatient
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long‑term settings
Administer a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs
Assess patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders
Effectively communicate with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist
Open to PTs at all experience levels
