Overview
Work Location: Providence Office Park Portland Bldg 1-Portland Physical Therapist - Outpatient Care - Resource Department.
This position travels to multiple clinics in the Portland service area. Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday. Department supports clinics from 7 AM to 7 PM. The Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual patient needs. Requires skills in patient evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient independence in line with functional levels and potential. Manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses, taking into account individual physical or age-related needs. Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment, and participate in professional consultations to achieve patient independence. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR Master’s Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program OR Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) From an accredited Physical Therapy Program Coursework/Training may be required for specialized departmental needs Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS — American Heart Association upon hire Physical Therapist License in state of hire and where care is delivered upon hire Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet departmental needs Why Join Providence?

$47.39 – $73.56 per hour. Base pay range; additional compensation may be available (shift differential, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, incentives, or bonuses).
