Overview
Physical Therapist
- Outpatient Care - Resource Department. This position travels to multiple clinics in the Portland service area. Location: Portland, Oregon Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday. Department supports clinics from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual physical or age-related needs. Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment; develop independent treatment plans to maximize patient independence in accordance with the patient’s functional level and potential. Collaborate with the care team to support outpatient care across multiple clinics in the Portland service area. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Licenses and Certifications
Oregon Physical Therapist License required upon hire. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Background check may be required for PL540 (PCC) & PL580 (BNC) in compliance with policy and state regulations. Additional Information
Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet department needs. Occasionally travel within the Portland service area may be required.
