and be part of our National Industrial team! This role requires at least 10+ years of successful project management experience in the design-build industry, with a focus on industrial science and technology projects such as labs, cleanrooms, or tech manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans, manage construction of specialized infrastructure, and coordinate logistics for equipment installation and site-specific requirements. Technical Oversight:
Collaborate with engineers, review drawings, and ensure integration of complex systems like high-purity piping, HVAC, and automation. Team Leadership:
Lead project teams, mentor staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary professionals. Financial Management:
Manage budgets, approve change orders, and negotiate contracts. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as liaison, align deliverables with operational needs, and provide progress reports. Risk Management and Compliance:
Mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage permitting and certification processes. Quality and Schedule Control:
Enforce quality standards, support project schedules, and oversee project closeout. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred. 10+ years of construction project management experience, with 3-5 years in science and technology projects. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BIM tools). Leadership, analytical, and communication skills; ability to interpret technical plans. Certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, OSHA 30-Hour preferred. Ability to travel as needed. Additional Qualifications: Experience with modular or prefabricated construction and sustainable building practices. Strong local relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Compensation and Benefits:
