Ryan Companies US, Inc. Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our National Industrial team! We are seeking candidates with at least 10+ years of successful project management experience in the design-build industry. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans for industrial science and tech facilities, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Manage construction of specialized infrastructure like cleanrooms, R&D labs, or advanced manufacturing lines. Coordinate logistics for equipment installation, utility tie-ins, and site-specific requirements. Technical Oversight Collaborate with engineers and specialists on complex systems such as high-purity piping, power, and HVAC. Ensure integration of technology features like automation and renewable energy. Review technical drawings to meet industry standards. Team Leadership Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors. Mentor junior staff and coordinate with specialty trades. Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Financial Management Oversee budgets, approve change orders, and negotiate contracts. Provide financial updates and implement cost-saving measures. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison for clients in science and tech sectors. Align construction with operational needs and deliver progress reports. Risk & Compliance Mitigate risks in sensitive environments and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage permitting, validation, and certification processes. Quality & Schedule Control Enforce quality standards and manage project schedules. Oversee project closeout activities. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in industrial science and technology projects. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in project management software and strong leadership skills. Certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or OSHA 30-Hour preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with modular or prefabricated construction and knowledge of sustainable practices. Compensation & Benefits The salary range is $135,700 - $169,600, with potential additional incentives. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
