We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
with a strong background in the
life sciences domain
(pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, optimize Salesforce solutions, and support key CRM initiatives aligned with commercial, medical, and compliance objectives. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CRM enhancements and integrations. Act as a liaison between stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance) and technical teams. Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications. Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to design, configure, and test solutions. Support deployment of features and enhancements across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.). Leverage knowledge of life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GxP) to ensure CRM compliance. Lead and facilitate requirement workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain process flow diagrams, documentation, and training materials. Analyze data to support reporting, dashboards, and business insights. Provide end-user support and training post-implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce platforms. Experience in the
life sciences domain
(pharma, biotech, medtech) is
mandatory . Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, field force enablement, and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement. Experience working with
Salesforce Health Cloud ,
Veeva CRM , or
Marketing Cloud
is a strong plus. Proficiency in documenting user stories, functional specs, and business process flows. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant) are preferred. Seniority level
