Lead civil sitework and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to maintain scope and compliance Conduct regular site visits and coordinate directly with clients, engineers, and vendors Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with precision and accuracy Track project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting Promote job site safety, quality control, and communication across all project phases Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5–10 years of civil or sitework project management experience Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and CAD Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in the $1M–$10M range Employment details
