The salary range for this position is $18.64 - $25.16 (Hourly Rate). Placement within the range is dependent on factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. Tuition Reimbursement: $10,000 per year ($5,700 part-time) Student Loan Repayment: $10,000 ($5,000 part-time) Professional Development: $1,000 per year ($500 part-time) Wellbeing Fund: $250 per year ($125 part-time) Matching 401(k) Medical, dental and vision coverage Life insurance Annual salary increase and incentive bonus Paid time off and holiday pay Responsibilities

Support the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments and providing exemplary customer service to patients and guests. Communicate with patients and guests, greet arrival, verify identity, and provide information related to their visit. Complete check-in/out procedures and update patient identification, demographics, and insurance information. Register patients as needed and obtain consents/authorizations. Collect co-payments and other payments; post payments and process billing information; perform end-of-day cash drawer reconciliation. Maintain a clean and comfortable waiting area; inform patients of delays or changes in appointment status. Schedule appointments when needed; for PSRs in Immediate Care Clinics, float to other ICCs/departments as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role Preferred: Bachelor's degree Previous healthcare setting experience Working knowledge of medical terminology Bilingual Equal Opportunity
