Description As our

Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Manager , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the systems and processes that support revenue growth across sales, marketing, and customer success. By owning HubSpot, Stripe, and the integrations that connect them, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, scalable automations, and streamlined billing operations. This role blends CRM administration, revenue operations, programming, and hands-on automation work to support data-driven decision-making. You’ll report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work from our Sacramento office 2–3 days per week once you’ve completed onboarding. Responsibilities

HubSpot Administration Own HubSpot CRM configuration, including properties, workflows, reporting, and permissions. Design and maintain automations for lead routing, deal pipeline management, and customer lifecycle tracking. Partner with GTM leadership to align HubSpot with revenue strategy and ensure clean data structures. Revenue Systems & Automation Manage and maintain HubSpot / Stripe integrations to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reduce manual effort. Build and maintain Python/JavaScript automations for data processing, API integrations, and reporting needs. Support forecasting by maintaining clean data pipelines and accurate ARR/MRR reporting. Create dashboards and reporting to give leadership clear visibility into pipeline, revenue, and retention. Cross-Functional Operations Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and finance to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. Support onboarding, training, and enablement of team members on HubSpot and related systems. Ensure compliance with operational and data governance best practices. Requirements

3–5 years

of professional experience with HubSpot CRM administration (workflows, reporting, pipelines, automations). 1–3 years

of experience with Stripe, including billing, subscriptions, and integrations. 2+ years

of Python and JavaScript experience, with proven ability to write automations and API integrations. Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, retention) and forecasting. Experience building dashboards and actionable reports for leadership. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
