Co-founder & CEO at ExaCare AI | AI for Post-Acute Admissions
Overview We are a health tech company on a mission to revolutionize the nursing home & post-acute space. Our AI software transforms admissions and care delivery in these settings. We’ve raised $30M to date and are experiencing rapid growth. We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, processes, and insights that power our go-to-market engine. About the Role The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for making ExaCare AI’s revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) faster, smarter, and more predictable. You’ll own the GTM data layer and tooling, drive process excellence from lead → opportunity → onboarding → expansion, and deliver the operating cadence (dashboards, forecasts, QBRs) that keeps the business aligned. This is a cross-functional role partnering closely with Sales & Operations. You’ll turn messy real-world workflows into scalable, measurable processes; ensure data is trustworthy; and surface the insights that unlock efficient growth. Many customers begin with pilots, so you’ll help architect land-and-expand motions with clear handoffs, SLAs, and attribution. What You’ll Do Own the GTM stack & data quality Administer and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot), marketing automation, and integrations; maintain clean schemas, fields, and deduping; enforce data governance. Build and iterate lead/account scoring, territories, SLAs, and routing logic across SDR/AE/CS to speed time-to-first-touch and reduce leakage. Pipeline analytics & forecasting Define stages and conversion benchmarks; deliver weekly pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and cohort analyses; instrument pilot→rollout conversion. Attribution & performance measurement Implement multi-touch attribution; partner with Marketing and CS to quantify sourced vs. influenced pipeline and expansion drivers. Process architecture & enablement Document SOPs for prospecting, deal desk, order form/CPQ, handoff to onboarding, and expansion playbooks; train GTM teams and drive adoption. Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools (e.g., enrichment, data warehouse/BI, CPQ, CS platforms); manage vendors and roadmaps. Design A/B tests across stages (outreach, pricing/packaging tests, pilot criteria); surface insights that reduce CAC and shorten cycle time. Run weekly business reviews, QBRs, and board-ready reporting; highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. What You’ll Bring 2–5+ years in
Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, or GTM Analytics
supporting enterprise or mid-market motions Hands-on CRM administration (Salesforce or HubSpot) and experience stitching tools across the GTM stack Strong analytical chops (Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL/BI a plus) and comfort defining metrics, building dashboards, and pressure-testing forecasts Process builder with high attention to detail; you can turn ambiguous workflows into clear SOPs and automations Collaborative, low-ego partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product; excellent written and verbal communication Experience with land-and-expand or pilot → rollout motions and the handoffs between Sales and CS Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes; eager to instrument, measure, and iterate Benefits and Perks Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup Paid time off at your discretion Medical, dental, and vision coverage Great start-up culture (e.g., ChatGPT premium, company off-site) High-achieving team (ex-Amazon engineers, ex-Bain / ex-BCG / ex-Goldman) We are hybrid in NYC but also open to remote candidates. Location & Employment New York, NY; Hybrid Employment type: Full-time Industries: Software Development; Hospitals and Health Care We are not including any other unrelated postings or excluded content.
