role works on‑site Monday‑Friday 8:00‑16:30 or 9:00‑17:30. The position pays $32.00‑$40.00 DOE and is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k. Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for plan vendors and third‑party administrators. Serve as the employee escalation point and ensure prompt resolution. Coordinate data transfer for plan eligibility, enrollment and billing. Analyze benefits data for accuracy, trends and compliance with laws and plan documents. Support open enrollment planning, execution and employee communications. Improve internal processes to enhance employee experience. Assist in administering wellness, leave and other ancillary benefit programs. Process daily benefits activities including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs, distributions, loans, hardships and compliance testing. Participate in audits, compliance filings (e.g., 5500) and reporting efforts. Review and reconcile benefits invoices and process payments. Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support strategic planning and decision‑making. Collaborate with HR, payroll and accounting teams on cross‑functional benefits matters. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of four (4) years of benefits experience. Strong understanding of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits programs (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, workers’ compensation, Medicare, OBRA, Social Security, DOL requirements). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Macros). Experience with HRIS systems and benefits databases. Effective planning and prioritization skills. Team‑environment work skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Desired CEBS Certification preferred. Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables). Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
