Overview
Sr. Supply Planner role at Kenvue. Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit. Work Location: Hybrid. What You Will Do
You will collaborate closely with external manufacturing sites by monitoring available capacity, monitoring and managing component availability to ensure supply plans can be fulfilled, and actively mitigating and resolving any product supply and/or customer service issues. You will also manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objectives. Collaborate with management and internal teams on current and future status of product supply for existing products and for future launches. Escalate issues that affect the ability to meet customer needs and fulfill targeted supply plans. Develop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide them to manufacturing locations on a prescribed schedule. Collaborate with assigned sites and EM site leads to develop short-/mid-term production schedules, considering site constraints, customer service, and inventory targets. Coordinate issue resolution for deviations that may occur. Be accountable for metrics: Unit Fill Rate (UFR), Supply Attainment and Purchase Order On-Time In Full (OTIF). Manage and coordinate component and labeling changes. Complete planning scenarios to meet customer service and/or inventory targets, focusing on minimizing inventory where appropriate. Provide accountability for inventory projections/modeling to meet target inventory levels. Ensure supply plans are achievable, aligned to timeline and deliverables, support launch inventory targets, and include any promotional activities. Participate in the S&OP process related to supply and operating plans. Lead supply-related meetings to communicate output and results of monthly supply and inventory planning activities. Support master data setup in SAP/APO (e.g., material/product masters and BOMs). Ensure data accuracy for planning values, shutdowns, changeovers, and project work for sites using McNeil RCCP planning tools. Collaborate with project managers to ensure SAP/cMAT material setup for new codes, enabling proper system planning, PO creation, reporting, and releasing capabilities. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering. 2–4 years of professional experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Systems, Purchasing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and/or Transportation. Sophisticated knowledge of Excel (v-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.). Strong SAP system knowledge. Robust analytical and quantitative skills. Strong decision-making and communication skills. Desired Qualifications
Validated project management skills. Familiarity with local regulations, GMP, and/or ISO requirements. Experience with Tableau. Six Sigma and APICS certifications. Experience demonstrating cross-functional business insight and ability to influence. Leadership, planning management, and critical thinking skills. What’s In It For You
