The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for designing and delivering scalable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that power data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization. This role balances technical expertise with business partnership, ensuring that reporting solutions not only leverage advanced analytics but also align with strategic priorities and user needs. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, & Strategy—to translate business questions into actionable insights, integrating predictive models and statistical outputs into intuitive dashboards using Salesforce CRMA & Power BI. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive reports. Translate business questions into data-driven solutions, combining reporting with advanced analytics where applicable. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design dataflows, semantic models, and calculated fields for scalable reporting. Integrate predictive models, forecasts, and statistical insights into dashboards for operational use. Perform data validation, QA, and performance tuning to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Partner with CRM, Strategy, Business Analytics, and Change Management teams to ensure reporting aligns with roadmap priorities and adoption strategies. Document data definitions, KPI logic, and dashboard usage guidelines for governance and training. Preferences

Strong data storytelling and communication skills to translate analytics into business impact. Proven experience with Salesforce CRMA and Power BI, including dataflows, visual design, and KPI tracking. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and BI best practices. Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and SAQL for querying and shaping data across platforms. Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and Python for analytics and custom modeling (e.g., regression, clustering, classification). A customer focused perspective attained via direct customer experience in Sales is desired. Experience leading a data driven team through cross functional projects. Possess the ability to evaluate data at the lowest level while messaging the conclusions at highest level. Demonstrates collaborative problem-solving when working closely with a team to evaluate complex analytical problems. Salesforce Certifications of interest (Admin 101, Admin 201, Business Analyst, Platform User Experience Designer, AI Associate, Sales Cloud Consultant). Candidate is ideally based in Atlanta, GA. Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,560/year to $197,460/year. Pay is based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training, and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these programs are not guaranteed and depend on factors including individual performance, business unit performance, and the company’s performance.
