Job Summary The Center for Children and Family is currently seeking a Temporary Program Assistant STP to join their team of professionals. The role provides support to the Summer Treatment Program, conducts study assessments with participants, schedules participants, engages in quality control of participant data, and assists with the screening of research participants.
Duties Include
Provide assistance with the completion of end‑of‑treatment data records and reports.
Communicate with families regarding post‑treatment referrals.
Assist in preparations for recruiting for the Summer Treatment Program and studies, including review and updates of necessary forms and flow.
Conduct standardized telephone screening interviews with potential participants.
Schedule potential participants for intake sessions and assessments with reminders.
Organize documents and collect data from participants, verify completed forms, and follow up with participants to gather missing data.
Provide clerical and administrative support. Communicate with the program coordinator regarding the recruitment and enrollment process and preparation of materials and services during the program.
Perform other related duties as assigned or directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the person.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.

Advertised Salary
$16.00 per hour.
