Project Manager – Drywall
to oversee and deliver commercial drywall projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in drywall, framing, and ceiling systems, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities. Responsibilities & Requirements
Manage multiple drywall projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and internal staff effectively. Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Develop and monitor project budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain high standards of quality and code compliance throughout all phases. Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Identify and mitigate risks affecting timeline, scope, or budget. Proficient in drywall installation, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling systems. Experienced in project software (OST, Quick Bid or similar). 2–3 years’ experience in commercial drywall project management. Strong organization, time management, and communication skills. High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset. Compensation & Benefits
