Spring 2026 Co-Op: Global Supply Chain, Jan-June (Grad Students ONLY). Bristol Myers Squibb offers challenging, meaningful work with opportunities to grow alongside high-achieving teams. This 6-month, full-time Co-Op provides exposure to Global Supply Chain strategies within the Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) group, and includes formal and informal networking, development, and mentorship focused on building professional skills in the BioPharma industry. Responsibilities

Support design and enhancement of Global Supply Chain business processes. Support development and implementation of analytical and digital tools that inform business decisions and enable business execution. Develop strategies for knowledge sharing and retention across Global Supply Chain. Provide project management and facilitation support to Global Supply Chain process lead teams. Provide input and support for master data cleanliness activities. Monitor and maintain logistics data accuracy. Support planning system implementation and scaling. Monitor and manage inventory levels across network with a focus on standardizing and optimizing overall processes. Develop and update dashboards using Tableau and Excel. Automate data management processes and perform data management & analysis tasks. Explore application of generative AI solutions for logistics (e.g., invoice matching). Qualifications & Experience

Enrollment in Master’s or MBA degree program ONLY, with minimum GPA 3.0. Do not apply if you are an Undergraduate. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US for the duration of the employment; visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Desired backgrounds include Engineering, Statistics, Data Sciences, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business. Must be enrolled in school the semester during the co-op and eligible to work full-time onsite for 40 hours per week. Strong analytical and technical skills, project management, and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a matrixed environment. Broad understanding of supply chain, pharmaceutical industry, business acumen, and advanced analytical skills. Proficiency in Tableau, Excel (expert), SQL, and PowerPoint; experience with data management and governance is desirable. Proficiency in Python for automating data management tasks is required. Prior technical, engineering, or healthcare work experience is a plus. Compensation & Availability

This is a 6-month, 40 hr/week Co-Op running Jan 5 – Jun 19, 2026, in New Brunswick, NJ or Summit, NJ. The starting hourly compensation is within the range of $21.00 to $25.00/hr. Final compensation and benefits are determined by the employer of record. Compensation details are subject to change. Additional Information
