About the Opportunity
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States of America Co-op term: January to July 2026. Full-time requirement (40 hours per week). Assignment area and work-site location will be matched to business needs. Some teams may offer an extended Co-op term. Assignment may be virtual/remote, while other roles may be onsite and relocation may be required. Responsibilities
Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting (Portfolio Management & Operations). Participate in shaping future Next Generation Projects & Programs in support of Global Supply Chain Services strategy. Provide support to the Digital & Data Analytics team (coding, dashboarding, etc.). Work on projects that enhance leadership, collaboration, analytical, and project management skills through cross-functional teamwork across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Corporate/Enterprise areas. Qualifications / Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited university is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of: Supply Chain Management, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), Math (Statistics, etc.), Accounting/Economics/Finance, Computer/Software/Systems Engineering, Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, or related field. Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher. Power Apps Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training), Power BI Analysis/Visualizations, Technology Platform Roadmap (Power Apps, Power BI, and/or Other) preferred. Adaptability to new tools and processes; strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are preferred. Self-starter, able to work independently while contributing to team goals. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship expected at time of application). CPT/OPT/STEM OPT may require future sponsorship; eligible for alternative long-term status if applicable. Participation in an Engineering Society or campus/community leadership is desirable. Anticipated pay range: $23.00 per hour to $51.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.
