What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead technical projects, manage budgets, and maintain client communications
Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals and cost estimates
Oversee preparation of land-use and resource permit applications for various agencies
Support and lead siting, permitting, and environmental review for renewable energy projects
Ensure project execution aligns with quality, schedule, and budget compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geology, or a related field
7–15 years of experience managing and supporting CEQA projects
Proven experience with California permitting processes and relevant agencies
Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in a related discipline
Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in California
Experience with energy development clients and large-scale renewable projects
