to join our new clinic in Fall River and help lead our growing ABA and IHBS teams. What We Offer

Recruit, hire, and train ABA and IHBS staff Supervise and evaluate staff performance and clinical practice Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments Support program growth through school and community outreach Monitor quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance Mediates client, staff, and provider concerns; respond to on-call needs Lead staff meetings and contribute to agency-wide initiatives Review and monitor data, including MABH Access and internal metrics Who You Are
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (required) Licensed BCBA/LABA in Massachusetts (required) 5+ years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings 3+ years of supervisory and program management experience Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and staff development Experience with home-based service delivery and CBHI regulations (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills We Hire for Purpose!
