Overview
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Manager Portfolio Governance who can provide oversight and support for an IT portfolio of products, services, and solutions and is a trusted business partner to consult and manage the portfolio from original concept through successful change management and delivery of value. As a Senior Manager Portfolio Governance, you may provide indirect leadership to junior portfolio governance analysts and financial analysts supporting the portfolio. The Senior Manager Portfolio Governance interacts with leaders, product teams, platform teams and stakeholders in IT, Finance and across business functional teams to provide portfolio consultation, guidance, and thought leadership. What you will do
Provide lean portfolio strategy and management, helping execute vision and roadmap based on business priorities. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision making with key portfolio stakeholders. Collaborate with Portfolio Manager, Product Managers, and Leaders to communicate finance and budget matters pertaining to portfolio. Facilitate the agile activation of the portfolio, supporting Portfolio Delivery leads and working with Agile Coaches. Manage and oversee the IT financial budgets and forecasting for assigned portfolio(s) and ensure accuracy in financial analyses, data entry and reporting. Monitor and govern the execution of initiatives, including investment and funding management and value capture, delivering against outcomes, managing change, driving IT excellence, and providing superior customer support. Administer standard processes and tools across the portfolio ensuring consistent implementation of practices and documentation, working with Portfolio Tooling teams to constantly improve processes. Analyze, summarize, and present portfolio data and generate insights for decision support to evolve portfolio, including financial trends and identification of IT cost-optimization opportunities to yield cost-savings. Conduct periodic assessment of portfolio resource and capacity allocation and suggest adjustments if necessary. Identify, evaluate, and roll out new tools to enhance the portfolio’s product teams’ performance and improve processes for scalability. Discover and track dependencies across the portfolio’s products, assets, and/or stakeholders and ensure they are socialized and managed to minimize impact. Total Rewards

Expert knowledge of lean portfolio management principles, methodologies, and practices (e.g., defining strategy, vision, plan, improvements, and roadmaps). Expert level of financial acumen, understanding of investment strategies around capital and expense, and demonstrable excellence in understanding portfolio management principles. Expert knowledge IT financial management processes to track, monitor, and analyze portfolio financials. Expert skills in measuring and tracking metrics to assess performance, ensuring agreed-upon metrics and/or service-level agreements meet expectations and the necessary actions are taken to address issues. Expert skills in collecting and analyzing data using statistical analysis or data modeling to generate insights, trends, and patterns and visually present information in diagrams, graphs, reports, and/or dashboards. Expert skills in competitive analysis to benchmark against best in class and align solutions with business needs. Expert skills in maintaining good relationships with IT and business stakeholders who influence products, services, solutions, and technology work. Expert ability to develop, manage, and maintain financial budgets and forecasts, performing financial calculations. Proven ability to make sound, well-informed, and objective decisions and understand their impact. Proven ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Economics/Accounting, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically, 7 – 10+ years of experience in finance, technology investment analysis, portfolio management, or related roles. Demonstrable financial acumen and understanding of investment strategies around capital and expense, risk management, and portfolio management. Experience in working in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. Experience in lean portfolio management and agile ways of working (preferred) Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Company Overview
