As the Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management, Price & Trade Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing and trade initiatives for the Keurig Dr Pepper beverage portfolio. This role offers exposure to multiple product categories and go-to-market frameworks, reflecting Keurig Dr Peppers collaborative approach. You will serve as a key driver of cross-functional alignment, acting as the primary liaison between internal and external teams to support strategic commercial plans. Success requires strong financial acumen and a proactive understanding of retail pricing dynamics. This high-visibility position is embedded within the commercial organization, influencing the end-to-end commercialization process. What you will do:
Develop, analyze, and implement pricing strategies across all routes to market and partner brands to drive profitability and competitive positioning. Design and enhance key performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, supporting commercial leadership. Develop commercial and shopper insights, leveraging promotional analysis to optimize market performance. Steward the annual planning process to deliver aligned volume, revenue, and pricing projections. Identify and implement solutions to navigate market challenges and drive sustainable growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives. Requirements:
Bachelors degree and over 6 years of experience in RGM, analytics, finance, sales, marketing, or related fields. Deep financial expertise with the ability to analyze and develop value chains for strategic decision-making. Strong process management skills for organizing complex workstreams across teams. Advanced analytical capabilities for interpreting large data sets. Proactive, curious mindset with a drive to develop innovative solutions. Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex ideas to senior leadership. Agility and adaptability in managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders. Ownership mindset with personal accountability for business outcomes.
