Position : Revenue Operations Manager Location: Insert Location or Remote • Full-Time Responsibilities
Act as a fractional COO for Pax8’s GTM (go-to-market) teams, turning bold strategy into repeatable execution. Own the operational backbone for revenue cohorts to ensure data trust, predictable performance, and grounded go-to-market plans. Run the weekly and monthly business rhythm: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and QBRs powered by data and insights. Serve as the embedded RevOps partner for assigned revenue teams (Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and more). Translate territory and quota models into clear action and field execution. Build dashboards, refine KPIs, and distill noisy data into actionable insights. Provide field intelligence to GTM Planning, Enablement, and RevTech teams; drive change through process design and enablement handoffs. Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Field Operations within B2B SaaS (enterprise, multi-product, or complex pricing environments a plus). Salesforce power user with an analytical mindset; proficient in Excel, SQL, and dashboards. Strong experience with territory design, quota planning, and forecasting; proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and improve KPI visibility. Ability to turn hypotheses into data-backed decisions and drive measurable outcomes. First-Year Milestones
Within 90 days: map cohort pain points, audit systems, implement quick wins, and launch a RevOps remediation roadmap. Within 120 days: establish forecasting cadence, quantify variance explanations, and introduce the first playbook. Within 6 months: close the loop between planning and performance; KPIs trend up and RevOps roadmaps evolve. Within 12 months: own planning inputs, achieve tight forecast variance, and achieve widespread dashboard adoption. Preferred Experience (Bonus)
Experience with SPM tools (CaptivateIQ, Xactly), Salesforce engagement tools, or planning platforms (Anaplan, Pigment). Experience with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt), call intelligence platforms, or Python scripting. Interest in AI and automation that accelerates time-to-insight. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Base pay between $85,604 and $107,005+ depending on experience.
