Project Controls – Schedule Lead
to support a portfolio of large-scale capital projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules to ensure alignment with scope, cost, and contractual requirements. The Schedule Lead will forecast, identify risks, and provide performance reporting to keep projects on track. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of schedule planning and control for capital projects, including forecasting, tracking, and status reporting. Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet. Collaborate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules and mitigate risks. Identify and communicate potential schedule delays and recovery plans. Create dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into project status, milestones, and KPIs. Participate in lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of progressive experience in schedule management for medium to large capital projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience delivering projects on-schedule and within budget in industrial or manufacturing environments.
