Overview Position: Senior Project Manager. Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates; observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent; overseeing change orders and the billing process; supervising subcontractor performance; ensuring the project meets quality and regulatory requirements; managing project startup; reviewing costs against estimates for each total project; and updating labor productivity reports. Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage project estimates and budgets; monitor performance and progress against plans.
Oversee change orders and the billing process; supervise subcontractor performance.
Ensure project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage project startup.
Review costs against estimates and update labor productivity reports.
Coordinate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, and performance targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry.
10 years of experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects in excess of $50 million.
Candidates may reside anywhere in the US but must be willing to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%).
