Lead Reemployment Coordinator (Southeast) position at Texas Workforce Commission. This position is for the Southeast region and reports to TWC headquarters in Austin, TX, in the RESEA department. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. What You Will Do

Perform advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance for the RESEA program under limited supervision with substantial latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Plan, prioritize, and perform technical training, program assessment, and administrative activities for the RESEA program. Develop and implement procedures, standards, and guidelines for training sessions, customer touchpoints, and observations. Lead, prepare, plan, and conduct webinars, trainings, and site visits. Develop, review, and submit comprehensive site visit reports for the assigned area and coordinators. Study program operations, identify issues, and prepare reports with findings and recommendations. Collaborate with data analysts and Unemployment Insurance staff to identify trends and resolve technical issues. Assist with training staff on department operations, program operations, policies, and team responsibilities. You Qualify With

Two years and six months of full-time experience in development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency. Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position. You Are a Great Fit With

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Knowledge of RESEA, workforce, or UI program services and policies. Advanced proficiency with WorkInTexas.com, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Outstanding organizational skills, initiative, and work ethic. Great listening skills and respectful telephone etiquette. Bilingual (English/Spanish). You Gain
