We are looking for a
high-impact SRE Ops Manager
who can
lead independently ,
drive critical support initiatives , and
communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients . If you're someone who can
both speak and do , this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive resolution of production issues end-to-end
Proactively identify issues using observability and monitoring tools
Lead major incident triage involving senior leadership (VPs/SVPs)
Troubleshoot across the entire tech stack: Application, Database, Infra (Containers/Cloud), and Network
Correlate data from various sources (logs, dashboards, recent changes) to determine root cause
Deliver strong client communication and stakeholder management
Must-Have Skills
Proven production support experience with observability/SRE expertise
Tools: Splunk (incl. APM & O11y), AppDynamics, Grafana, RedMetrics, 1000Eyes
Infra & Cloud Debugging: VMs, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), AWS, PCF, Azure
Proficiency in network, firewall, API gateway, Linux/Unix
Exposure to APM tools, NMON, Wireshark, UEM, Synthetic Monitoring
Excellent communication - must be able to lead and speak confidently during high-stakes incidents
Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment
Good To Have
Experience with ServiceNow, AIOps, and automated playbooks
Development knowledge in Java, Python, and databases like Oracle, Cassandra, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB
Please Note - We're Not Looking For
DevOps profiles focused only on CI/CD tools, infra provisioning, or dashboard setup
