We are expanding our services division rapidly and are hiring a service manager looking to grow with the company, utilizing your own book of business from contacts you've gained in the industry. This role focuses on re-roofing, specifically renovation of existing roofs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, business development, and customer satisfaction while leading a team of skilled roofing professionals. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the commercial roofing service department. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including service contracts and customer acquisition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Collaborate with construction teams to provide effective roofing solutions in commercial and industrial settings. Lead, train, and mentor service technicians to improve performance and service quality. Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Prepare and manage budgets to ensure profitability of service operations. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of roofing systems to recommend maintenance and repairs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field. Proven experience in the roofing industry, particularly in commercial and industrial roofing. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including waterproofing, low slope, and sheet metal roofing. Experience in service management roles within construction or roofing sectors. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Business development and customer relationship management skills. Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. Benefits
