Prosegur's Global Risk Services (GRS) operates Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) services for our clients as a dedicated, managed service. This position is part of a dedicated team supporting a global client's operations. This high-performing team of Risk Intelligence Analysts is responsible for monitoring threats to travelers, facilities and the client's information on a 24x7x365 basis. This Physical Security-focused GSOC works closely with the client's Global Security staff to provide custom intelligence products to support the client's needs. Lead Executive Protection (EP) Risk Intelligence Analyst

is a specialized role within the GSOC. This analyst provides focused intelligence and threat monitoring in direct support of executive protection teams and high-risk individuals. While sharing the core duties of the Risk Intelligence Analyst, this role emphasizes proactive identification, analysis, and communication of threats impacting executives, their families, and their operations. As the senior analyst position in this GSOC, the Lead EP Risk Intel Analyst will supervise all analysts to ensure high performance to meet the client's expectations. Roles & Responsibilities

Develop specialized protective intelligence products, such as Executive Threat Profiles, Event Risk Assessments, and Protective Travel Advisories. Lead a team of SOC Analysts to provide outstanding service for our client. Monitor surveillance system, alarms from access control and intrusion systems, for potential security related incidents and coordinate the response to any interruptions with security personnel. Train SOC Analysts to ensure skillsets evolve to meet the client's needs. Monitor global events and provide real-time intelligence and overwatch of client operations, with priority focus on executive protection assignments, executive travel, residences, and corporate facilities. Maintain report records on all security related incidents that occur in the workplace, Running daily log. Monitor open-source intelligence systems and respond to and escape potential threats Create risk intelligence reports for site security leadership. Provide direct intelligence support to executive protection agents, ensuring they have actionable threat assessments before and during missions. Monitor and maintain communication with security leaders. Keep up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and industry standards. Respond to requests from management to pull video. Engage with Corporate Security, Facilities, IT and other business entities to coordinate protection planning. Able to manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature and maintain company's confidentiality and information security practices. Dispatch local security and police to respond to identified threats. Receive various security-related information by telephone, TEAMS, Apps or other sources in real time, evaluate appropriate actions and respond accordingly. Completes activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets and employees. Assist with ensuring incidents are responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Point person for controlling contractors and deliveries through loading dock video phone. Additional job duties as assigned. Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years in SOC/GSOC or as an Intelligence Analyst Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Graduate Must be able to pass a drug test prior to hiring. Able to multitask and communicate effectively both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Preferred Skills
