Base pay range $64,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

The mission of the GSOC is to provide a centralized monitoring center to coordinate the enterprise’s response to crisis, emergencies and security situations while minimizing the impact of events on the enterprise and personnel. The GSOC is a single point of contact for Facility Emergency Management Teams, Facility Security Manager, Emergency Agencies, and travelers to facilitate rapid contact, situational awareness, reporting, and response. In addition to monitoring and response, the GSOC fuses intelligence analysis to the situational awareness to create predictive reporting and risk mitigation and avoidance guidance. The center operates on a 24/7 schedule globally, while also coordinating regional and localized support functions across the enterprise.
Shift: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
Role responsibilities The main responsibility of the Risk Intelligence Analyst is to monitor world events and provide overwatch of the Client’s extensive global operations to anticipate and mitigate potential risks. This multi-functional role will monitor events and incidents, send, and elevate notifications, and dispatch the necessary resources to resolve active events. The Risk Intelligence Analyst will use internal and external intelligence sources to research, analyze, and aggregate threat data on potential risks to the client’s environment.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years equivalent military/professional intelligence training
Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to utilize multiple intelligence, incident management, video management and dispatch systems.
Excellent time management, project management, oral communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required.
Can effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management.
Must be flexible and possess the ability to function independently in stressful situations.
Knowledge of security procedures, life safety, and business continuity
Track and analyze major threat trends for the client and create risk reports (such as Viral Outbreaks/Terrorism/Weather Patterns/ and Geo-Political Issues).
