Assist in the repairs and maintenance of all bowl seating, equipment, and plumbing. Help with replacing and installing seats, cushions, seat structures, cup holders, glass railings, and general seating structures. Assist in repairing, replacing, and rebuilding items such as motors, gear drives, hydraulics systems, and rotating assemblies. Follow preventive maintenance, energy management, and standard operating procedures for machinery and equipment. Record and log all work performed, complete work order slips, and prepare reports through the maintenance work order system. Operate equipment like trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and scrubbing machines. Support other departments to expedite event conversions as needed. Report irregularities, damage, safety concerns, and property loss promptly. Work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Assist with tasks such as plumbing, painting, re-lamping, ceiling tile replacement, and floor repairs during the off-season. Qualifications
One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training, or equivalent education and experience. Must understand operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, and technical requirements for painting and maintenance tasks.
