As they continue to expand their presence across the Mid-Atlantic, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team and lead ground-up construction efforts. Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead all aspects of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will serve as the central point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex, schedule-driven projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Project Type

Oversee all phases of project management from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Coordinate with design teams, owners, and subcontractors to drive effective communication and collaboration. Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve field and design challenges. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and project quality control processes. Support subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and procurement of materials and services. Manage and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers. Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports, change orders, and forecasting updates. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects. Proven success leading projects ranging from $10M–$100M+. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling (P6 or similar), and contract administration. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Experience with public and private sector projects within the D.C. region preferred. Legal & EEO Language
