The Product Manager will be responsible for the development of new products from concept to market introduction. This includes evaluating market potential, coordinating marketing, design, and production efforts, and testing and developing new products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to accelerate our growth in the mining market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful product management, a deep understanding of mining market dynamics, and the ability to balance business objectives with customer needs. Essential Duties

Lead the management of the mining product portfolio, developing key metrics to ensure growth, profitability, and alignment with group strategy. Ensure the team successfully manages end-to-end execution of these efforts and that well-thought-out strategies materialize into measurable business impact. Lead the development of strategic marketing plans for the mining product portfolio based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Communicate product plans, updates, and progress to internal stakeholders and executive teams, providing clear and concise presentations. Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to lead product marketing efforts for designated product offerings, aligning marketing actions with 3-year growth strategies. Manage the new product growth funnel for the respective product portfolio, ensuring product vitality metrics are on track to meet 3-year targets. Develop Long-term Marketing Strategy

Build brand awareness through promotional marketing. Clearly communicate our value proposition through targeted marketing efforts. Improve visibility and digital footprint with target customers in key markets. Provide demand forecast inputs to operations, design, implement, and manage sales forecasting, pipeline of projects, planning, and budgeting processes. Develop relationships with key customers and participate in closing strategic opportunities along with the outside sales team. Establish pricing strategies, analyze trends and results, monitor costs, and evaluate market conditions. Own the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards. Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with business goals and customer requirements. Work closely with sales, marketing, and applications engineering teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonate with B2B customers. Education And Experience Preferred

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of product management, business-to-business sales, or product engineering experience is preferred. Individual must be a strategic thinker and have the ability to develop long-term plans that incorporate focused direction. Knowledge and experience in the wire and cable industry and/or mining market preferred. Master’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred. Knowledge And Skills Preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. High level of financial and business acumen. Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results. Well-organized, attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight. Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, web, databases). Working Conditions And/or Physical Requirements

Ability to work long hours in a sedentary position sitting, talking, looking at a computer, charts/graphs, and performing repetitive motions. Ability to move objects and materials of at least 25lbs. Ability to collaborate with manufacturing team members as needed in an environment that can be noisy. Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE when onsite. Required to travel up to 30% of the time, both international and domestic.
