, your responsibilities
will include: Build and develop a skilled maintenance workforce
Implement structured maintenance systems
Establish robust spare parts and asset management systems
Ensure regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety compliance
Lead preventive maintenance efforts
Be accountable for all maintenance and facility operations
Support future automation initiatives
Support all aspects of capital projects
The
Maintenance Manager
position
is
well-suited

have
: High
problem-solving
capabilities
Strong capital project management experience
Implemented
preventative and autonomous maintenance programs
Qualified candidates will
have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
, Industrial Technology or Facilities Management
Minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance function in a leader role
Minimum of 5 years' experience in food related industry.
Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising or managing a Maintenance Department.
