Requirements / Qualifications Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school (or equivalent), a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology or related human services field, and one year of experience working with youth. Applicant must have their Professional Certification in Behavior Analysis.

Open Position: #1025 Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Special Ed Support, Range 128, District Office, Classified Management, 8 hours, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM.

Certification: Professional Certification in Behavior Analysis.

Salary Step Notes All new employees start on Step A during probation. Documentation can be provided during probation to advance up to Step E, effective once permanency is achieved.

Benefits Information Benefits are available to all employees working 4 or more hours per day, including the possibility of combining positions. Benefits include vision, dental, medical, and retirement. The District participates in the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). Employees working a regular schedule of 4 hours or more per day or exceeding 1,000 hours per year are automatically enrolled in CalPERS.
