Support daily Child Ski Center operations Supervise, mentor and train instructors with a variety of levels in a safe and positive manner Ensure fun, safe, and high-quality lessons Promote exceptional guest service Qualifications
Ages 18+ Mentor, train and develop staff with a variety of levels in a safe and positive manner 5+ years of ski or snowboard instruction experience (incl. 1 year in a lead/supervisory role) PSIA/AASI Level I cert or equivalent Affiliation with PSIA, AASI, or similar Physical strength and stamina with a strong knowledge of child focused teaching techniques & principles Enjoy a supportive work culture with food, beverage and rec discounts!
