Full technical and administrative control of the Consolidated Installation Property Book Office (CIPBO). Direct property book actions for accountable expendable, nonexpendable, and durable property. Develop resolution of all related tasks, issues, and problems with property management. Analyze property management tasks to determine scope and course of action required. Supervise subordinates in the day‑to‑day operation of the CIPBO and provide management authority over the SSMO, including time‑card management and performance counseling. Ensure compliance with FAR Part 45 and associated clauses for automated official government records. Maintain an automated system for traceability and accountability of government property from original acquisition through final disposition. Coordinating with hand receipt managers, hand receipt holders, supervisors, and managers to keep all transactions in compliance with the Property Management System and SOPs. Oversee property accountability and asset visibility procedures; coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business desirable; Formal military training or equivalent civilian experience in logistics management/property book accountability mandatory. Four years or more directly related to Property Administration or Property Book Office is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GCSS‑Army is required; PBUSE experience preferred. Supervisor experience: Three to Five years leadership experience managing at least ten employees is preferred. Must possess a current State of Colorado Driver's License prior to starting or within 30 days after employment. Security Clearance: Must be US Citizen, obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC and SECRET Clearance. Job ID

$77,000- $81,000 Benefits
