About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville. As the leader of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest service and a smooth operation. Responsibilities

Leadership and Communication: Provide clear and effective verbal and written communication to motivate and guide your team. Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel welcome and valued. Handle the registration process efficiently and accurately, utilizing the hotel's computer system. Financial Management: Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the assigned house bank. Accept and process various forms of payment, including vouchers, traveler's checks, and foreign currency. Administrative Duties: Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Input and retrieve messages for guests using the computer system. Manage guest mail, packages, and faxes. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or in a similar customer service role. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
