Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and address complaints promptly. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area. Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities. Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations. Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
