It offers a full continuum of care for more than 600 children and adults from diverse backgrounds on its 37-acre campus and in individual homes in the community. Services range from skilled nursing to semi-independent living. Behavior Support Professionals (BSP)

for our adult residents. Position Overview & Benefits The BSP role involves a hands-on approach to support and engage with residents, requiring physical stamina, patience, and comprehensive behavioral support skills. We seek dependable, compassionate candidates committed to assisting others. Our paid training program will prepare you to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities Full-time role with flexible scheduling Minimum of one year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities Experience with behavioral or mental health concerns preferred Build meaningful relationships with residents and the community Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence Advocate for resident rights Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written skills Implement high-quality programming Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and adaptability Work effectively within a team and independently Support individuals with behavioral challenges Qualifications and Experience High School Diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Availability to work weekends At least one year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Clear background checks, physical, and drug screening Responsible, reliable, compassionate Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted Pay Structure High School Diploma/GED Base pay: $21.00/hr Weekend differential: +$2/hr on Sat/Sun Evening shift: +$3/hr on weekdays, +$5/hr on weekends Overnight shift: +$1.50/hr on weekdays, +$3/hr on weekends Four-year Degree Base pay: $22.00/hr Same shift differentials as above To be considered for an interview, please provide proof of education and a valid driver’s license.
