Job Description The role As an Associate, Deal Management within our dynamic Revenue Operations team, you will be instrumental in supporting our North America growth by ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new and existing merchants. You will be a crucial point of contact and a collaborative partner to our Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our commercial success by facilitating deals and ensuring adherence to company policies. How You’ll Make An Impact

Deal Facilitation: Proactively guide and support the Commercial team through the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently. Creative Problem Solving: Act as a resourceful problem solver, finding innovative solutions to meet client needs while upholding Checkout.com's policies and risk parameters. Respond to inbound requests from the Commercial team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles. Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed Create and review customer agreements/contracts Support and adapt the execution of new processes Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
