With increased investment and capacity, this facility is central to North American operations and is undergoing a major transformation under the company’s strategy. The incoming Quality Manager will play a visible role in that journey — shaping standards, systems, and culture from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing

Provide on-the-floor leadership

to uphold GMP compliance and real-time decision-making Lead QA, QC, sanitation, and documentation

across a small-batch, high-risk production environment Ensure compliance

with FDA, USDA, FSMA, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, and internal standards Coach and develop teams , embedding a mindset of quality, safety, and ownership across all shifts What You’ll Bring

Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field (master’s preferred) 6+ years of experience in food, pharma, or infant formula manufacturing Proven team leadership in quality, sanitation, or food safety (3+ years in a lead role) Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, audits, and continuous improvement tools You’re a hands-on, floor-focused leader who thrives in a manufacturing setting where the stakes are real. You bring strategic vision but don’t shy away from frontline engagement — whether coaching operators, managing escalations, or walking the line. You’re ready to step into a business-critical role, take ownership, and be a catalyst for change. Benefits
