Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple, large-scale commercial electrical projects from start to finish
Coordinate field operations, material procurement, and subcontractor scheduling
Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Maintain project documentation, budgets, change orders, and progress reporting
Monitor job cost tracking and profitability with detailed oversight
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and site staff
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and client representatives
Evaluate staffing needs and assist with hiring experienced electricians or foremen when needed
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and client expectations
Attend onsite meetings and maintain a visible presence on job sites as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial electrical construction
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred: Journeyman Electrician License
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-phase commercial projects
Ability to recruit and lead trusted electricians or foremen based on prior relationships
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management experience
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Must be self-directed, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities
