This role requires an experienced leader who can manage teams of electricians, ensure job site productivity, uphold safety standards, and deliver quality results. Key Responsibilities
Supervise electricians and laborers on-site for large-scale commercial and multi-family electrical projects
Coordinate day-to-day job site activities to meet project timelines and milestones
Monitor job progress and adjust workforce deployment as needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and electrical codes
Serve as the main point of contact for job site coordination with project managers and subcontractors
Conduct daily planning and team briefings to ensure clarity and accountability
Read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications
Oversee material deliveries and usage, ensuring job site efficiency
Track and document project progress, incidents, and performance
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite at all times
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Foreman role on commercial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred: Journeyman Electrician License
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proven ability to manage crews and maintain productivity on active job sites
Experience managing multi-family or large commercial projects preferred
Able to read blueprints and electrical plans with accuracy
Strong knowledge of local codes, OSHA standards, and safe work practices
Must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence
