Technica is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

PCB Business Development Manager

to lead and scale our PCB and PCBA sales operations. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing winning sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, and building a high-performance sales organization. Position Overview: The position will have the responsibility of developing customer relationships and selling our entire product line to specified accounts within the PCB Manufacturing industry. Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid - with Regional Travel) Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships and sell our entire product line to specified accounts within the PCB Manufacturing industry. Lead and scale PCB and PCBA sales operations to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute winning sales strategies, forecast appropriately, and manage the sales pipeline. Expand and nurture customer relationships with technical and executive audiences. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a technical sales environment. Advanced understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across technical and executive audiences. High-level negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Technical Proficiency:

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration platforms. The ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Assess customers’ business and technical needs to find and create opportunities. Understanding the capital equipment sales process. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently—including on short notice—to meet with clients, attend industry events, or support the sales team in the field. Compensation & Benefits
