Manager of FP&A . The Manager of FP&A will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to support strategic planning and operational decision-making. This role is highly visible and requires close collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep manufacturing finance experience, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial models and performance dashboards. Partner with operations and plant management to analyze cost drivers, production variances, and manufacturing efficiency metrics. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking. Analyze product and customer profitability, inventory valuation, and capital investment returns. Develop and maintain standard costing systems and perform cost/benefit analyses for operational initiatives. Support strategic planning, scenario modeling, and long-term financial planning. Manage financial planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI dashboards). Lead and develop a small team of analysts (if applicable). Prepare presentations for senior leadership and board-level meetings. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and financial transparency. Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 5–8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Experience with cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing variance analysis is required. ERP and financial modeling expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Excel, Power BI). Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical thinking. Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
