Overview
FP&A Manager
will play a pivotal role in building our financial planning capabilities from the ground up. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions during both the construction and operational phases. This role will also involve
setting up the costing module within our ERP system
and acting as a strong
business partner
to cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support construction progress, capital expenditure (CAPEX) control, and early-stage operations. Build and maintain financial models, scenario planning tools, and management reporting dashboards. Partner with projects, supply chain, and business management teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and cost control. Lead the
setup and implementation of the costing module
in the company’s ERP system to support accurate product costing and inventory valuation. Act as a
business partner
to manufacturing development teams, helping translate financial insights into operational actions. Support the Director Finance Thailand in all relevant tasks where requested. Requirements/ Skills/ Experience
5+ years of experience in FP&A roles, preferably in manufacturing, heavy industry, or capital-intensive environments. Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup or project-based environment. Education/ Qualification/ Training
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience with costing systems and SAP/Oracle experience implementation.
