Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Provide product information and help customers understand our services.
Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
